If you swapped the names on the dial the rose gold piece would be drooled over and the KAWS piece would be laughed at as “typical Hublot”. I think we as watch enthusiasts need to do some blind “taste testing”.

Nice. While I respect what Hublot does with Murakami, have you handled an AP Concept and Hublot side by side? I think to the experienced it's easy to tell the difference.

I will say my Concept has been mistaken for a Hublot once so I don't think most people have seen a new Concept up close. Case in point, I got fanboyed pretty hard at a Patek event because everybody had seen a 5740/5712/5711 and a RO, but not a Concept..

Way to stereotype people you don't know in regard to Hublot collectors. Kind of like saying AP fans are stuck up, snotty, driveling, effete hobbyists who lick the various scrotums of AD personnel just to get a watch that they want. See how that works?

2) I sell my 15400sr, to show my repulsion towards what AP has become
3) I reach for my most sharpened japanese knife
4) I pull my eyeballs out to make sure i never see such things ever again
