Yes, I beleive they can be trusted. I've never bought off them but have met and spoken to the owners who seem quite genuine guys. They also have a small shop just off Oxford street in London.

They tell that their watches are SERVICED by a watchmaker.

The salesman is not so kind by email as he told me "I already asked in the previous emails" while he didn't not.

I was asking about the origin of the watch (country) and I wanted to know what was included in the "service" of the watch (on their old site, they describe accurately what is the service and give the prices for this service but on the new site, they don'ttalk about this service, just tell that the watches are serviced so it is not clear).

I mean even if a client ask twice the same question in different emails, when the question are on a £3000 watch, replying without making remarks sounds logical. Don't you agree ?
