The GMT IIC is such a great watch. It is the best model to come out of Bsasel in years. Just ask J.J LOL
But really it is.

Out of the latest rolex line up, the GMT II C is the only thing I would buy.

The rest is strictly vintage baby!

I've owned nine different Rolex models over the last thirty years and the GMTIIC is the most comfortable of them all and the nicest looking. Maybe I'm partial to it because I have a large wrist. Although the Milgauss is a close second as far as comfort goes.

Received a SS Submariner as a gift from wife for my 50th birthday. She wanted me to make sure that it was the Rolex I wanted, so we went to the AD to see others. After a few minutes it was clear which watch I wanted for my first Rolex, SS GMT Master. This is a great watch, love the Submariner but side by side the GMT won me over.

I bought used TT GMT and used TT GMT II to get the same feel of TT GMT2C, it felt different , previous generations of GMT were lighter, the bezel turned differently, it just did not sing to me.

I sold both of them and bought a TT GMT2C, its a totally different Rolex feel than other Rolex watches i tried because of additional weight and how well the bracelet is balanced on your wrist.

The SS GMT IIC is pure sex appeal. It feels good on the wrist and looks like a million. I agree with the statement try one on feel it look at it. If this watch does not call for you look for another. This watch may be the best Rolex has ever made.

If you're a fan of

1. the super case
2. the maxi dial
3. the much hyped ceramic bezel
4. the polished center links
5. and the little green second hand

The GMT II C is the perfect watch for you.

Because it's an awesome timepiece!
