Only a few times so far. I keep the boxes / papers, etc... in a spare closet and if I have a need to go in there then I'll break them out to admire.

I see it every day as it sits in my book case right in front of me.

I don't think I've looked at any of them. Ok, thanks for reminding me... Maybe I'll go and take a peek now.

BTW, that King Midas set is simply awesome! Great presentation!

Once a watch is bought, the box and papers are stashed away in a cupboard and never see the light of day again! (unless of course, the watch is to be sold!)

Oh yeah--often. I love reviewing the "Your Rolex Oyster" pamphlet, the specific model booklet, and reading them (even though I've read them already countless times over the years) and looking at the various photos. I also love the hangtags, the Red Seal, and even....yes, the smell of the boxes.

Freakish? Yep. Ashamed? Nope.

Best,

Adam

Same here. I put them up along with any extra links and I dont see them again unless I sell the watch or need a link! I do vacuum pack them though, maybe that is a little odd but it keeps them in pristine condition. I have the box and papers from my very first Rolex that I bought about 16 years ago and they look brand new!

Zero, the watchbox goes away in storage never to be touched again unless I'm selling it...

Just when I think I've got it bad, one of you guys makes me feel better! I haven't looked at my papers since I got the watch. But, now that you mention it... gulp!!

Almost 20 years and I haven't looked yet. I haven't looked at the receipt for my golf clubs, either.

Probably. Is there a burglar in your safe?
