Delivery to HK & Singapore
Hi, would like to check if any of you had previous experience delivering your watch from US to either HK or Spore. Is there any duty or tax levied upon?

Hong Kong has no duty on goods. You can have it fully insured here and the receiver will not have to pay any tariffs towards it.
Singapore on the other hand has a Good Sales Tax . I don't recall the % and what the restrictions are. Maybe someone from Singapore can help you out on that....

I've done a watch purchase via US and posted to HKG without any tax payable.

Singapore has a 7% goods and services Tax, payable at customs. This is chargeable only if the declared value of the item is SGD$400 and above.
Hope this helps! |
