Tried on the Milgauss GV for the first time....
So, I've had this watch on my wish list since I saw a coworker wear it, but I've never had it on before.
So I stopped by my AD yesterday and they actually had one on display. I tried it on and WOW. What a watch. Now I really really really want one... how to hold off the self imposed ban??

It certainly is the most luxurious watch I ever owned! I got the plain crystal model with the black dial. I just liked the simplicity. Had I not known that there are 3 different Milgauss models, I would most certainly have gotten the GV. I don't think you can go wrong with any of them.
It is one of my bigger watches, but also my most comfortable. It is also the heaviest, yet unless I look at my wrist I don't know it's there. At the moment, it is my only Rolex, and I certainly understand why people rave about the quality. This is a pic of my Milgauss with non-green crystal: Not the best quality photo..sorry. Anyway, it certainly surpasses the quality of any watch I have owned. Just trying to help you in your decision! Cheers, Carl

I was attracted to the GV like a piece of steel to a...(oh bad analogy!)....magnet
My grail is my ssSub.....BUT i wear the GV all the time at the moment.....maybe its just in my mind....but i think Mr GV is a little more comfy. Like Carl said all 3 versions are great......but think carefully...cos right now i wish i hadthe plain black, cos of its simple/cleaner dial design....but im sure its just a passing crush, and i will love my GV again soon Let us know what you decide. Interesting to note many TRF'ers are seeing GVs at the ADs now. |

This is one of those watches I could easily (NOT $'s easily) own all 3 variants. But, I especially favor the GV.

I believe I had a Milgauss Spotting over the weekend... the announcer for the Jets Colts game was wearing one.
