The more days you test = more accuracy. Test it until you reach an integer then divide by the number of days. Example +20 sec/ 30 days = .666666666666 (.7sec. per day)

That doesn't sound to bad at all if you are only gaining 2-3 seconds per day. Wear and enjoy your watch and do not worry about it gaining slightly!!!

Good I would say its fantastic considering what any mechanical watch has to put up with daily on the wrist. Now the escapement of a mechanical watch in 24 hours pushes the gears 432,000 times. And since a day has 86,400 seconds and your watch is showing 99.997% accuracy its doing great. Now the COSC spec is a average between -4 to + 6 seconds a day.Try resting watch when off wrist vertical crown up might loose a second or so.

Now you did it! I just put Emerald on my iTouch. I will now be even more worthless, wasting time keeping track of time while looking at my watch and not seeing the time because I like to look at my watch and not the time. All the time not working. Glad I don't get paid on time.

When you all say that you rest your watch "vertical crown" up, what does that mean?

Exactly what I do each night!
Lay the watch so that it is resting with the crown facing up. the watch will be on it's side.

Doing this I have maintained +1second accuracy over three weeks with my Milgauss!

Here is a copy of the Rolex instructions on self regulating your watch!
