Advice on a good leather strap for Submariner...

I know there are a few members here who make custom bands/buckles (I really like Mosco's "Whiskey" style band and buckle combo), but they seem to be more in the 22mm-24mm sizes. I have a couple of web-sites I've done business with before, and I've scoured the internet and looked at some others. Here's one example that I'm seriously considering... tell me how you think this might look on a black dial Submariner... and don't be shy...

I've found the Hirsch Carbon (fitted with a deployant) to be attractive and comfortable. As a plus, the strap (with standard buckle) is under $50 and water proof to 100m.
