Can something really be underrated if everyone is saying it's underrated?

The forums are very "sports"-watch-centric, so it's hard to tell from looking around here whether white Milgausses are selling well or not.

I like the Milagauss - a lot. Anyone know how much the 1st gen ones go for?

Sub

How about the 18K YG sub with a blue lapis dial? I have only ever seen one and it is never discussed in any forum. A really striking example that will knock yoiur socks off when you see one!

If you do a little research into prices on the secondary market and not entirely substantiated production numbers, there's a simple answer to this question. Since 1990 (i.e. the last 20 years since 2010), the regular production Rolex with the highest increase in value both percentage-wise and in total dollar value is the stainless Zenith Daytona with the extremely rare white "porcelain" dial. In primo condition with all b&p, you're talking $40K USD easily. Though numbers as low as 100 units made have been thrown around, I'd say a reasonable estimate is easily less than 1000 units ever made.

You'll be surpised by the 16610LV aka original green submariner.
Still affordable today , take that chance

imo more rare than the overhyped Daytona
