Off for sleeping.
They get a shower about once a month, because my work is dirty work. (I create a lot of dust when drilling, Dremmel-ing, etc.) .

Sleeping, after waking while really waking with coffee, construction work around the house, showering at home. Otherwise, my arm is winding something.

Sleeping and showering here.
Not at the same time of course. Also, shouldn't "showering" also include (or other activities in the bathtub/shower stall) ... Just sayin'

Don't wear it in the shower, as I have to just take it off anyway to dry my wrist.
I typically don't wear a watch while sleeping either, but lately my tritium tube watch comes to bed with me. It is much nicer to just look at my watch, than to squint at the alarm clock. |

If I know I'm going to a less desirable area, I'll leave the watch at home. Same goes if I'm going to the gym - - I'll either leave it at home or leave it in the car.
