Any Hublot owners here?

Well, a very good friend was wearing his RG Big Bang and I have to admit it looks sharp! Anyone here owns one? Comments? Experience?

Thank you!

I have a friend whose collected watches for quite a while.
He has never gone the vintage route, its always been modern pieces.
He has had every Rolex, AP ROO, most every VC, JLC etc.
He has mostly sold most everything and only collects Hublot these days.
I think they are stunning pieces and hope someday to add one to my collection.
I have 6.8 in wrists and HATE the deployment buckle on the AP ROO, the watch is just VERY uncomfortable on a smaller wrist but I have found that Linde Werdelin and Hublot which are similar in size and case fit well! I think its the double buckle the ROO uses.

Very nice watches, my local AD has just started doing them and in the flesh the big bangs are very striking, i'm thinking about the big bang evolution just now, although might wait and see what others come out with, as it would involve selling one to buy this.

For me they do a very nice case, the dials are also very well done and there's a lot of work involved in the overall watch, yes they don't have the full 'in-house' movement in most of them (it's just come out, so only in a couple), but the HUB44 and others are decent enough chrono movements, based on ETA movements that have been doing the job since the early 70s and then upgraded by Hublot.

Resale value is also pretty good these days, if you buy secondhand that is, they still take a bit of a hit from the RRP, but so do all the others in this price range, such as AP, JLC, etc.
