Something like a Monster
I am a big fan of the Seiko Monsters and have an Orange and a black one.
I haven't bought a watch in a while and feel like buying something in a similar price range to keep me going. Any suggestions from my forum budies? |

Hey Dan,
A Marathon would be a great addition, although a bit more expensive, or maybe a modded Monster? dP

x2 on Marathon. They are a bit more expensive than the Monster, but a lot of watch for the money. I blame Dan for turning me on to these, but they are REALLY nice!!

Why don`t stay with Seiko Diver`s?
Here`s one great example that I almost bought two years ago! Seiko 5 Sports 200m Diver's SKZ253 (pic borrowed from the web)

Dan I have loved seeing pictures of your marathon and have lusted for a while.
However I can't seem to find a supplier in the UK and would like to see one in the flesh. If it looks as good as it does in the picture I know I will want one. Vukota I love that Seiko. Very nice. Thanks for all of your help gents! |

You will not find a storefront that carries them.
Its one of the watches you just need to take a chance and order. I do not know of many (heck I dont know of any) people who have been upset with their purchase. You can find them second hand on lots of the various forums and its really worth just taking the chance and ordering one. If you do not like it you will have no problem turning it as they do not last long on the market.

I just purchased from Harold aka Yobokies an anvil bracelet for my monster and a super oyster II (evo S) for my skx007 and I love them both. Also just picked up an snm033 sammy. Princeton watches has sammys for an unbelievable price and next day shipping is included.

So did I!
Had to try a modded one: Dial from Yokobies, Original Seiko sapphire Glass from a Red Monster.
