Looking for advice as watch just back from RSC and its acting up.

A week and a half ago received my OysterQuartz back from RSC looking brand new. I was so excited to finally have it back after 8 weeks so I readjusted the date and went on my way. All was fine until the third morning when I found the watch had stopped running at some point during the night as I went to put it on. So I reset the time and the watch then ran fine for another couple of days. Cut to this morning the watch is stuck at 9:30 PM and now the second hand advances one click and then jumps back and repeats. Obviously going to call the RSC on Monday and ask them to how I should proceed but is there something I should do in the meantime as I don't want to cause further damage to it if avoidable. Will pulling the crown out as I was setting time help or should I just leave it in its current state? Thanks in advance for the advice.

It could be the battery, as said...

But, you did pay for a service, so regardless of the issue - it should be for Rolex to sort out after such a short time back......

Thanks everyone, definitely sending it back as the watch had a complete service at the RSC, including battery replacement. Not sure why it may have crashed so I've pulled out the crown to ensure that no further damage happens based on advice received here on the TRF. I must say the TRF always comes through, thanks again for the assistance.
