I take mine off when going to bed. Never shower with it..

I don't wear mine to bed at night, but have it on otherwise for all activities, indoors and out.

When it was brand new, I kept in a drawer so it wouldn't get any dust or fingerprints on it. Had to abandon that approach as I found it was very diffucult to tell the time unless I was in my closet.
