I've caught the Rolex bug!
Hi,
i got my first Rolex, a Sub C LV just two weeks ago and then suddenly 2 days ago I gave in and got the GMT C. I dont know whats happened to me, I suddenly have got the Rolex bug. Does this pass or is it just the beginning? By the way this forum is great, really interesting and you seem like a friendly bunch |

You merely have a case of rolexitus. when you have purchased more watches than you have limbs then that is something to worry about.

Me too with the Rolex bug. In the last few weeks I've gotten two Subs - a ceramic black dial SS and a ceramic blue dial TT. That solved the problem of which one to get.

The bug passes when you've run out of money and/or body parts to sell on Ebay.

I was also wondering. Im not keen on the Daytona, but it appears to be the ulimate Rolex for many. Is this appreciation for its looks, history or the fact that its hard to get hold off and do you think I'll hanker for it over time?

Same thing happened to me. I bought my first, an OP, at the end of April. In less than 2 weeks I bought a SubC. Now I am saving for a Pepsi GMT II and doing my best to ignore 0% financing offers .
