Over the years , I dipped in and out of the forum and really enjoyed reading the comments between different members and JJ.

Reading about his illness and his passing away made me very sad, my condolences to his family , he was a wonderful man.

I should have replied to this a lot sooner. I was a lurker here for a very long time before joining, and the first time I visited this site I knew JJ was the celebrity around here. I was shocked after reading his posts, and then we got word of his passing; One day posting on TRF, next day, gone......

I loved his humour, the sheep/RADO/Nato jokes, He was honestly the most inspiring person that I have ever read on any forum, when he posted it was like he was talking directly to you. He always welcomed new members, was generous, and for what it's worth, he had great taste in watches.

He was my reason for joining this forum to be honest. After reading about his passing, I was touched by the compassion everyone expressed. I decided then at that moment that this is the forum to be, with loving, caring people.
Rest in Peace, JJ, my prayers go out to you and your family.

Even though we never spoke, I still read your posts and I will say something everyone on this forum is feeling....

WE MISS YOU!

Dear God in Heaven! Here I was looking for a post by JJ, and I now discover this post. This evening, I have only just now learned of this very tragic news. And, I am so saddened by this unexpected event. Verily, I cannot agree with Adam more, for his words resonate the emotions of many who knew JJ on TRF and enjoyed his wonderful humor, support, knowledge, spirit and camaraderie. What a loss! JJ, you will ever be remembered. Heaven Bless You and your loving family.
