Steely Dan fans?

Went to see Steely Dan over the weekend and it was a fantastic concert. If they are coming to your area, I would highly recommend it.......there's something about 10 musicians on stage with additonal background singers that can produce some amazing stuff! Was wondering if there are any other "Dan fans" out there and maybe a favorite song or two?

For me, "Black Cow" and "Time out of mind"....but I have many more.

I'm a big fan of Steely Dan; especially their early stuff. In those days they never toured because there were just the two of them, Becker and Fagan. All of the other players on those albums were top notch studio musicians that they'd hire for a song here and there.

I saw them live a number of years ago and they were great. A true jazz/rock band that formed in 1972.

Yep!

I especially like the song that goes da da da da da da, da da dada

Most all early stuff, as I don't listen to the music stations any longer (or shorter ; )

YES is phenomenal assemblage of operatic musicians, too; the best of the best, they are.

I used to have a couple of their albums.

I loved their stuff, but I lost track of them.

Aja was a favorite.
