Jubilee comfort

I received my Z-serial DJ yesterday - what a fine looking watch! I've always been more of an Oyster bracelet fan, but I must admit this new Jubilee bracelet is nice! SELs, all solid links, hidden clasp, stunning looks... what's there not to like? I apologize for the lousy pics, I haven't had time for an "official" photo shoot . I knew you guys would say "this post is worthless without pics", so I snapped a few w/ my phone.

Nice! I used to be more of an oyster fan as well, and still love it, but my feelings toward the jubilee have changed with the new design....super comfy and great looking with the new clasp!

Congratulations, Jeff!

That is ONE good-looking Rolex!

About the Jubilee: How do you come to terms with the fact that you cannot adjust the clasp?

Instead of adjusting the clasp you adjust the bracelet simply by adding/removing links.

Yeah, that's a bit of a pain. Stopped at my AD yesterday wearing my DJ. The day before, when I put it on it was a tad loose although still not enough to get a pinkie finger under. Yesterday, it was snug with no space at all. I asked him about the link and a quarter discussed here. That's what it is, a link and a quarter. Since I already have additional links in, another link and a quarter is going to be way too much. So I have to live with what I have or be sitting on a spare link. Not a great choice. Seems like Rolex could have come up with something better.

I never ever thought that I would buy a Rolex with a Jubilee bracelet. Once I did I have no regrets. The polished center links looks great!

Here's mine!

Nice find Jeff!

When I had my DJ, the jubilee band was one of the most comfortable ones from Rolex, next to the NON SEL oyster for the 14060 that I also had.

Congrats and wear it well and in good health!

Oops,sorry ...

I agree, the white dial with white gold romans is extremely nice, on a ss/wg watch and yg Romans on a YG watch. The addition of the diamond markers do up the price quite a bit.thats the down side.

You will have to change your love for Romans .. That empire is long gone You now have Arabs left

LOL! The one dial I've never liked is the Arabic. Good thing as it's tough enough to decide when it comes to a DJ!

That DJ is a beauty. Enjoy it. I have had my eye on a very similar one with a slightly darker center portion of the dial.

BTW...where about in South Florida?
