I have an Exp 1 and its getting carved up pretty good.... when I send it in for service, will it come back looking like new??

Well like everything even the RSC are not miracle workers if its too carved up they will do there best to return almost like new.But most everyday scratches by the average Rolex wearer today there should not be a problem.

It just depends how deep the scratch or ding it really is.

Its too bad that they have to take metal off instead of covering up deep ones with a metal touch up filling of some kind!... Hmmmmmmmm.... 904L filling???.... Hmmmmmm

There actually is a process where dings are filled in. It is called laser welding and I believe that Bob Ridley can help you out with that.

+1 on Bob Ridley. I've heard that as well.

If I ever get a vintage piece or damage a more modern case, I will call Bob.
