Calling all Swedes for culinary expertise

I'm a big fan of Swedish crime fiction. I'm particularly obsessed with the food in the novels. My friend came back from Sweden and gave me a tube (275 g) of Kavli Räkost to try out since I am always talking about Swedish food.

It appears to be some sort of shrimp flavored cheese in a tube. What do I do with it? Do I put it on toast? Does it really taste like shrimp?

I'm guessing whatever I eat it with, I should be drinking coffee while I am enjoying. Thanks for the advice!

Hard boil some eggs, let them turn cold, peal, cut in halves, and then put on the Kavli. Or you can put in on some Swedish hard breat, so called knäckebröd.

Enjoy! Smaklig måltid!

It happens to be my favorite breakfast spread and I eat it 5-6 days a week.

This morning however was not one of those days.

BTW, your friendly IKEA store carries both the Shrimpcheese (Räkost) and the kaviar (Kalles).

What is best a custom Rolex or a Rolex that is stuck in custom?

Buy a professional camera and you´re a professional
photographer, buy a flute and you own a flute.

Don't you have a IKEA nearby?

They have Leksands knäckebröd.
