Best watchmaker for case refinish / polish (US only)?

Looking for recommendations of watchmakers in the US solely based on their skills in refinishing and polishing a watch case.

B. Ridley, D. Toledo and others seem to come highly recommended based on their overall competence in overhauling and restoring a watch...but are they also the best choice for a case refinishing?

I'm in the US so Bexley is not a (realistic) option.

And yes, I know polishing is a controversial subject...
