Weekend watch...

If this has already been discussed, then feel free to ignore...

-Show me your weekend watch.
-Explain why this watch works for you and your weekend activity.

I am compelled to buy a second Rolex for weekend activity in 2012, and I am on the fence for a 14060 vs. a EXPII Polar...

I have a couple of watches I typically wear when I am not working. It doesn't necessarily have to be the weekend. It depends on what I am wearing and what kind of mood I am in.

Red Sub
Yacht Master
SS Daytona
TT DJ II
IWC Pilot Chronograph
Pam 88
JLC Master Geographic
JLC Master Calendar

This is now my beater tool watch for the weekend. Loves to get dirty but cleans up well.

IMO, if you have a Sub already, get the ExpII.

My weekend watch tends to be my 14060.

My DJ is my only rolex & I'm extremely careful of it so that's my weekend watch.
My Blue Tag Aquaracer is basically my daily watch although I have others that I rotate occasionally during the week.

Same one I'm currently wearing (GMT) for casual Friday. I like being able to dress it down with a NATO.

Depends on what I am doing for the weekend. I'm is a suit and tie during the week so the GMT2C (TT or SS) is default with the Daytona at the ready.

Weekends are far more casual and bring out my old 16710 or perhaps the DSSD. If beat 'em up damage prone activities are likely, I'll go with a Seiko Black Monster, or, when things are certain to get rough, a G-Shock.

Now that I've thoroughly confused, or bored everyone, I like the 16710 or DSSD unless damage is likely.

Yup, a no date sub is a close second; I will probably put that on the list as well.
