Exactly. If this douchetard was legit, he would have spoken up to defend himself a long time ago. He worse than the thug who sticks up a liquor store. Damien wants to appear as a successful member of society yet has to steal in order to look the part.

PayPal are crooks themselves; this reminds of this the case with the antique violin. http://www.guardian.co.uk/world/2012...?newsfeed=true

The scumbag scammer would probably smash a fake and then show pictures to PayPal. While keeping the genuine watch.

Just read the other thread - looks like the scammer did an appraisal on some fake watch and pp bought the story... I need to think twice about selling expensive items with Paypal & eBay.

It certainly should, and the conclusion should be obvious to everyone. I have terminated my accounts and will never use their service, or the service of eBay, again.

All too often, PayPal (which is owned by Ebay) sides with the buyer in a situation like this.

Further proof of this is that Ebay no longer allows the seller to leave negative feedback for the buyer.

Selling on ebay just isnt worth it anymore. It has removed the fairness for sellers, and gives buyers a free for all.

To Ebay and PayPal it's all about collecting fees - nothing else.

definitely. it used to be a great place of sellers/buyers together to get a fair price for your items. now its just a place for overpriced merchandise and scammers.

Likely removed due to death threats against a TRFer. It's probably now a law enforcement matter.
