First Rolex Purchase-Help
Hey guys, HS graduation is coming up and as promised a Rolex would be on the way. Im planning on getting the YM, but seeing how there were some improvements with the one showcased in Baselword 2012 (especially the clasp). I was wondering if I could get the latest YM and then just buy a GMTII clasp and switch it.
Any insight that you guys could bring would be great Thanks ! |

Welcome.
I don't follow. You like the YM...and the new clasp. However you want to switch in a "GMTII" clasp on it? |

I say this because, my graduation is in May, a looong time until the new 2012 model is released. Realistically, the one I would get as a gift would be the "old" one. And if that were the case, I would like to update the clasp any way I can so that it could match the "new" as ive read on the forums that the "old" clasp has had some faulty issues over the years. |

Whats the retail price for a GMT. I always fell under the impression that it would cost a lot more than a YM
