Help identifiny a ladies President
How do I tell whether a golden (and white markers) ladies dial belongs to a Gold DJ or a President?

Yes, basically as DW says.
In fact, there does not really exist any "President" (like in the Day-Date sense) dial for ladies. It would be marked "Datejust" and would not have any DAY aparture at 12 o' clock like the men's DD dial has. But the ladies "Day-Date" is called "President", too, due to its bracelet. Compare the two ladies' DJ's on the main site of Alan Furman: TT DJ vs Lady President. CLICK! And here is the men's DD with a President bracelet (my absolute favourite with that specific silver coloured dial, btw. Model ref. # for that one is 118238):
