AP Diver - I need a push
I need a push in this direction. Any owners opinions wanted to sway for or against this watch.
Only pain is servicing cannot be done in Canada, any ways around this? Photos appreciated and needed!!!!!!!!! Please and thanks ^_^ |

It's an amazing watch. Get it and you won't regret it. Check my enabling threads "Diver back from the Caymans" and "Diver in Playa del Carmen". I took some pics that will convince you.
In the meantime here's a pic to make you Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk. Watches are the new currency!

there are ad's in canada that will send your watch to clearwater for you. I loved my Ap diver so much that all my rolex are gone and I am looking to add more Ap. You will not be disapointed, the fit, finishing, bevels and chamfers are incredible.
Add a bracelet and it is the most versatile Ap out there. not my bracelet pic

I have a 6.5 wrist. Will it look silly on me? I suppose I'll need the short strap

Will, you better try one on before committing to it and/or getting carried away by internet enablers. The case is rather big, it sure feels/looks/wears bigger than the 42mm and either the flat back gets along with your wrist anatomy or it doesn't. For me I just couldn't get a good and comfortable fit on it so that fact in combination with the rather poor lume, easily scratches/banged case and bezel and perhaps a bit too big tapisserie made me move it.
Having said that, the style, quality, and craftsmanship is on a completely different level than your typical sport Rolex. It oozes quality and has a big presence. Go try it on, it is the only way to truly figure out if it is for you. |

Go for it. If you have a flat wrist, 6.5 inches will be ok. I am closer to 6.25 and the size works fine for me. So as everyone said, go try one on.

I absolutely love the Diver and it was on the short list based on its pedigree and aesthetics. Then I tried it on. Unfortunately it did not feel nearly as comfortable as my 15300, it is much thicker and it just felt a lot like the DSSD feels on my wrist (7.25"). But don't worry, there are plenty of AP options that compare in beauty to the ROO Diver. |

Mr H is definitely diver no 1 ambassador here.
Well, you wont go wrong with diver. If you can carry 44mm Pam, diver is no issue for you as well. Look good in office wear too. |

I too am at 6.5" wrist and I just could not find the right fit on my goofy wrist. you really need to try it on for fit/thickness. I agree it is a sweet piece..just not on my goofy wrist. Your mileage will vary...

Awesome shot Adam. Quick question, what's the exact price on the SS ROO bracelet? Considering ordering one for my Diver.

Somewhere in the neighborhood of $2500, however the street price is a bit less dear.
Check your PM folder. Regards, Adam |
