need some help with this fraudster guys on ebay with a fake daytona

hi guys the problem is as follows the seller has listed a 6263 daytona i was of course interested. I emailed him

Dear ilijamarkovski, (SELLERS NAME)

(ME) photos please

seller replied

(SELLER) Just send me your e-mail address. I will send you the photos to your e-mail address, i did however, before the photos came i emailed again and asked this question

(ME) Where did you get it from, the add says new but this is a 35+ year old vintage model ? is it just a listing error ?

(SELLER REPLIED) To tell you the truth I got it for a present. Honestly I am not sure if this is a listing error or not, but you can check the photos. I will attach the photos to your e-mail address.


The photos were sent obviously a fake and not a 6263 anyway. I have uploaded them

i emailed back The watch is fake sorry I sell these items check my feedback I suggest you pull the listing it is illegal to fakes. It's not a 6263 either it's a much later copy of a newer Daytona, but not close to the real thing to us who know a real 6263 it is a vintage collectable

(SELLER REPLY) Well I contacted Ebay just to make sure and they said that it was okay. I know where you're coming from, that's why I contacted them first to make sure and they said I could list this item for sale.

I have reported it but its hard to report an item with no photos on ebay please help stop this fraudster guys.
