Equipment question

Yesterday evening, I received my new submariner 1680 from Jaced and am ecstatic about it. Pictures will follow as soon as possible. However, before I can wear it, I would like to adjust the length of the barcelet at the clasp.
I was wondering if anybody has a recommendation where to get the correct tool to push the pin out. Probably, I could take anything that has the right size. However, I rather use the right tool for it and I am not sure how it is called. Is there anything with rubber coating in order to avoid scratches or is the only option to put tape around the area?

Thanks,

Boris

Hi Boris,

Welcome to the Forum.

Nice choice from J.

There are some threads on the Forum that describe methods for removing the bracelet.

Have a search around and you will find some great information.

This one from Larry will give you a good idea of how to remove the bracelet if you need to and you can use this guide for similar adjustments to bracelet length.

Thanks a lot for the links. I ordered the Bergeon 6825-PF and 6111. Maybe an overkill, but now I am hopefully equipped to change and adjust my bracelets at anytime.

Thanks,

Boris
