is most likely a scammer. I've contacted him before and didn't feel right.

His posts have unbelievably low prices and generic photos. However, the most recent sale of SS Daytona has a stolen photo right from TRF.

I posted those pics here in the rolex forum after having received those very same pics from Jewelryking by email. I did not investigate where those pics originated from because that thought never even occurred to me.

He stopped communications after I asked him for his name to know who I was dealing with. Says he is in New Zealand. Claims to have no
Paypal - told me he would sign up when I asked him if he accepts that pyament method. Was quick to accept a lower offer. Never heard from since.

I inquired about his white daytona.. He sent pics and told me he's from New Zealand. I replied i have a friend in NZ that i can ask to do the transaction for me in person.. He never replied back. End of story...

He told me he's from Romania and his email ends with .ru = Russia.

I dont think the general statement here is about the guy being Russian or not. To me he claimed to be from New Zealand. In my case, am hesitant and very careful now if any potential seller is from NZ.
IMO it goes along these lines: in a pool full of crocodiles there might be one that doesnt bite... would you go for a swim?

Sadly there is a whole bunch of dorks that make it very hard for those trying hard and honestly to make a living. Most of those seem to gravitate from certain geographic regions, perhaps its a mentality thing. Thats why I appreciate this forum. I hope to find out more about those good guys. Until I do: I aint swimming in that pool no more... (including the Philippines)

iIf you read the post carefully, no way in the post generalized Russians in any negative way. Oh, YES I know the best seller here who's of Russian heritage personally!!

the post states and made reference to the fact that the scammer told one member here he is from NZ, then told me he's from Romania and his IP address and email address clearly showed he's located in Russia. Just facts, that's all.
