The SS GMT IIc I bought on Wednesday, Nov 21st came with the new book, so it looks like Rolex is finally packaging the new book with the watch. And what a watch it is. After three days, it has lost a little less than a second!

I got the old booklet with my IIC.
So I telephoned Rolex Australia to get a copy of the new booklet. They basically told me bad luck and tell someone that gives a damn. Maybe I'll try again. Thanks for posting the new booklet. Seems like they left out the third timezone function? Not sloppy, just environmentally friendly, they used the old booklets that they had left in stock so they didn't waste all that paper material. |

One question, when adjusting the 24 hr hand on the new GMT's does it sweep across the dial or jump?

I was referring to the green hand, sorry. Does this jump also?

Haha - nice Office Space reference.
BTW, the date can be adjusted backwards when setting the 12 hour hand... don't know if this is new or not, but my AD seemed surprised when it happened as he was setting mine upon delivery. |

I tried one on and it just floored me. I know it will be my next watch.

Excellent booklet
I got my GMT TT II new from Daniel Szeto (shop_ at_ newbury) in the States. Perfect Rolex but it came with the old booklet. I will give him a tug and see if I can get a new booklet.

Hi Steve,
Saw your post. I sent Daniel a second email asking if he can get a new booklet for you.

By the way Steve,
I sent the second request before I read your second last post. I told Daniel if he could get a new booklet for you () he would be the 'Rolex Supplier' for the Forum.

Sure Eddie anything, one good turn deserves another, especially after I got a dead end from Rolex at my end.
