YM II two tone vs WG blue submariner which one?

Hi guys I'm new to the forum and would like your opinion.
1. YM II two tone for $22k
2. WG blue sub for $31k
Both new

Which one would you guys go for?

Both brilliant watches! Tough call but the WG Blue sub is my pick of the two! Although the blue sub also looks fantastic in YG if you can track one down!

Me personally, I'd go for the WG Sub. The YM, esp in TT, don't quite do it for me.

I have the YMII TT so I am biased, but the blue sub Is a fantastic watch
had you not thought to throw the blue TT sub C into the equation, as I feel it's a more like for like comparison to the YMII TT

Why not a TT blue sub or a yellow gold blue sub? But between the 2 watch I would recommend you to go for a white gold sub

I do not like the YM line.... So I would get a yellow gold Daytona for just a bit more.

A gold GMT IIc is also a good option.

Otherwise, go for the Sub.

Both are nice, but I would tend to go for the YM2 (it has a unique appearance).

If it were me, I'd get the YM and pick up another watch with that extra coin. The WG Sub is nice, but the YM is a very unique and classy piece and you could easily acquire another Rolex in the deal....Good luck either way!

I love them both but am biased towards the WG Sub but would consider the YG YM II perhaps over both?? Just a thought....Happy hunting!

I don't think that it's fair to compare the two. One is TT and 10k cheaper.

I've always liked the WG sub but considering what it costs and the fact most people will not think of it as any thing more than SS (a good or bad point depending on who you are) I would not buy one.

The YG sub with blue dial and bezel on the other hand is a beauty. So is the YMII in YG.

Depends what other watches you own. The YM is much more original and unusual but then no collection should be without a Sub, although personally I think the white gold is a lot extra to pay for something which still looks like SS. I'd go with the YM and enjoy having something less obvious.
