Tudor Black Bay Going To Rolex UK

Hey, just got myself a Tudor Black Bay from Europe, lovely watch. It's currently running about 15 - 20 seconds per day fast so I contacted Rolex Service Centre in the UK at St.James Square who told me to send it in.
Am I expecting too much ? All the Rolex's I have owned have been either spot on or within 5 seconds per day, maybe I've just been lucky !!!
The warranty card is dated but un-named, had I better enter my name on the card before I send it off or are the service centre's never that bothered about name spaces being left blank ?
I am sending it off on 7th January and the service centre said they would have it for about 5 days, so hopefully by the middle of January I will have my Black Bay back & keeping good time

Tudor movement isn t a Rolex ,it s a modified ETA-however nothing wrong with those ,my omega 1140 which is the similar 2892a as your 2824 can do 1-2s after
regulation . I d give a little break in -four to 6weeks-if the warch was new and than ship it to the RSC
