Yes I wasn't expecting the links like this and the gouges on the crown guards, and also on the other side of the case, they are pretty deep.

Anyway the seller was quite apologetic and very reasonable in regard to the undisclosed circumstances.

That's great, those gouges will take quite a bit of polishing, possibly laser welding, quite costly. if just polished the case shape will be compromised, are you returning it ? keep us informed. ��
