Nope. Take it off right before lifting, and then it goes right back on after the shower. Don't like the binding feel of trying to lift with a watch. And my wrist seems to swell a bit when I work out.

I wore a Seiko "Gold Tuna" for 30 years, until it died and couldn't be repaired. I am now wearing a Daytona and I take it off for 3 reasons: 1) Scuba Diving, 2) Golf and other "impact" sports, and 3).... ;) I don't want to get banned.
