I have never used Grand Central Watch for a servicing.
I am highly satisfied with Manhattan Timer Service who has been servicing my modern and vintage watches.

Visited them while in NYC because they were one of the places recommended on Hodinkee.

Looked at a Tudor Snowflake and asked some questions. The price seemed a bit high, the watch was legit, they just had it polished and serviced, but the salesperson didnt seem too knowledgeable about vintage Tudors.

I didn't buy. But would go and look again.

I've never had a watch serviced by them, but the manager and on-site watchmakers appear to be knowledgeable about vintage Rolex. Their service and watch pricing seems to be on the higher end, however.
