I have never used Grand Central Watch for a servicing.
I am highly satisfied with Manhattan Timer Service who has been servicing my modern and vintage watches. |

Visited them while in NYC because they were one of the places recommended on Hodinkee.
Looked at a Tudor Snowflake and asked some questions. The price seemed a bit high, the watch was legit, they just had it polished and serviced, but the salesperson didnt seem too knowledgeable about vintage Tudors. I didn't buy. But would go and look again. |

I've never had a watch serviced by them, but the manager and on-site watchmakers appear to be knowledgeable about vintage Rolex. Their service and watch pricing seems to be on the higher end, however.
