It does look a little large, it might be worth trying the 37mm the 15450, I am sure it would wear more like your average 40mm as APs seem to wear large, if you saw it next to the 15400 you could see which you prefer.

It's really up to you to decide if you like the way the it looks. Based on the photos and your comments, it does seem that you might not be satisfied. The 15300 may very well be an option that works for you. That 2 mm may not sound like much, but makes a real difference in fit. Of course, being discontinued, the hunt may take patience, but some of the sellers here can possibly source a very nice pre owned piece still under warranty if you reach out to them.

I think it looks a bit big. Maybe consider the 15300?

I was hoping to get this watch 2 years from now. lol but now I need to cross it off my list since it's too big. Wonder how the 37mm would wear. Anybody has the lug to lug measurements of it? And I was thinking would the face look too small? No Black face??? less masculine? girly watch? I don't think there would still be a 15300 brand new after two years from now sadly.

The 15400 was a tad too big for my 6.5 wrist, the 15300 was a better fit and I much prefer the AP logo at 12. At times, I do wish I went with the blue dial.

I find the RO in any size wears the equivalent of 1.5-2mm larger than most other brands with the same width just due to the design of the case...IMHO that looks totally fine on you (if gold bracelets are your thing). FWIW, I find my 41mm rose RO chrono as big visually (width wise) as my damn 45mm breitling avenger bandit.

Thanks, the size was good with 37mm and they also have a SS 37mm incoming this week, but i think the 37mm is more a girly watch, so if the 41mm will fit me, then I'll go for 41mm.
I think 39mm will be the perfect one, but it'll be hard to get, the waiting time will be more than a year |
