obviously the process for luminova coating on the hands is not well controlled by Rolex, and their QC failed to detect these outgoing comestic defects. tints of grey on the luminova should mean thin coatings, and poor illumination is totally unacceptable. you should get it changed at any RSC

As someone who has had the dial & bezel ring replaced on his GMT11-C along with a couple of regulations and a twisted clasp rectified I guess it is no suprise when I suggest that you visit the RSC in London to get them to have a look at it for you. Despite the problems I have had the RSC have been great and have addressed all my concerns. Might be worth having a chat with them just to ease your mind one way or the other - even if they say that there is a fault and you decide not to replace it at this time then they will record the fact on their database - this should then mean that when the watch is serviced in a few years time you have no problems having the hand replaced under warranty.
