Sub 116610 LV - Hulk Wearability

Started thinking about purchasing the Hulk as of late rather than another model and my only concern is the daily wearability and versatility. Can any owners supply feedback on this reference as a daily wearer and if it goes with all? Also, what year did they stop making this piece? Thanks!!

What year did they stop making this piece? 116610 is still in production my friend. Definitely a daily wearer....may not go with everything but certainly a favorite among the members here and a popular reference.

The dial is often alot darker than the pics on here so I think it can be worn pretty much all the time, without AD lighting it looks pretty subtle in reality.

Love my Green Monster!

Get it! You will not regret buy it. The watch dial is incredible iridescent green.
Aloha from Kauai.

The unique thing is that the dial changes its color with different angles and provides unique contrast sight the carefully picked bezel color. It seems to hold a slightly better resale value than the black sub.
Roughly the black/green production ratio is 4/1!
Does that tell you something

The letters LV are actually used in the model number of 2 watches.

There is the 16610LV which is indeed discontinued.

Then there is the 116610LV which is the current model.

Its 40mm and goes well with green things.
Not so much with red or blue.
Yellow might be ok.
If that helps.

I've noticed this is quite a common question.

I maintain that it would not go with everything and I would not have it as my only watch. If you have another watch then go for it. At the time I tried it on I was wearing a grey jumper and dark blue jeans. I have to say it looked great with that.

If you wore it with too much red you'd look like Christmas came early (Unless it was Christmas ...)

have to disagree....goes GREAT with blue. and, when was the last time at the beach that someone thought palm trees clashed with the sea?

even goes great with red, so long as it's not too much red.

I actually disagree on the blue. I've seen some pics of it with baby and dark blue and they work. They're on TRF actually.

Entirely wearable as an only watch for all the reasons listed above. The dial is amazing and the watch is unique. You will not be disappointed.

X2. It's too stunning to be concerned about matching all your clothes.

Easily a daily wearer and goes with anything. I couldn't wait to get my hands on one after seeing pics of it and am completely satisfied. Just can't go wrong with this one.

I never mentioned it, but your avatar was one of the images that made me decide I had to have the watch.

It works fine as a daily. Heck even if it was just a one piece only you would be fine. Like others have stated it looks dark or light just depending on the lighting conditions.

Put it like this if you bought it and got bored I could almost guarantee that you would have no issues selling it.
