It maybe a myth, but having a computer processor that close to your brain 8 - 12 hours a day CANNOT be a good thing.

1,500 bucks, nope, not me. I do like the directions though.

Good point about the safety. Have not seen the case's specs yet - just general capabilities. Shielding needs to be bulletproof IMHO.

Thin film lead foil laminate would be best but then environmental concerns may abound about future disposal.

Okay, for educational purposes I can see the many benefits. A doctor can operate on a patient and allow other doctors to see his technique and also ask questions for advice. An astronaut can walk the moon, a soldier in training can be monitored (kind of like a walking drone). So in all, this is a pretty nifty idea. I'd likely wait a few years for the prices to come down as for the mobile application I can see its use.
