The Sub C will keep its value much better than the FF will. Get some cash and the subc for your trade.

I always loved the look of the FF, didn't realize that it was that big. Hey, if it doesn't sing to you then why not flip it. Sounds like you've already talked yourself into it though.

Don't do it. If this were the no internet era, you'd be perfectly happy with your watch; not having people complain about wrist size.

The BPFF looks amazing and wears just fine on you. These up close macro style photos don't give a good representation or perspective of how it really looks. If you trade to any of your options, I would consider it a downgrade.

Blancpain 50Fathoms vs Rolex Sub...?
It is an exclusive watch - I'd keep it...how many people do you know
that have even heard of a Blancpain Fifty fathoms...?....let alone own one...?

Anastasios, you are 100% right. This was also one of the reason I got it in the first place. Nobody unless WIS know about this watch. But people who know go crazy about it

I'd get the watch that I would wear the most, which is usually the one that fits more situations, is most comfortable and is best looking, to me. In this case the Sub wins, IMO, for "situations" and comfort, while the FF wins for looks. I really like the looks of a FF, but 45mm doesn't work, for me. The older 40 or 41mm size would be a keeper against a Sub, though.

Well if you insist. Just by pulling back the viewing angle, it goes from looking obscenely large to well fitting on my 6.5" wrist.

The Fifty Fathoms always seemed to big to me and never really liked the way the bezel looked.

Shouldn't matter what I would do however, because it's your watch.

I agree its a real shame to sell it and I wouldnt for a subc, which I have, but it wears like a 44mm so for most under 7 inche wrists I think it might be a touch big so get the Subc.

Also consider a JLC Navy seals Diver but Id prefer the Subc. The AP Diver wears the same as the FF like a 44mm so that would be too big for you otherwise that would def be first choice.

I love the FF and think it looks good on your wrist but as some others said if you are not personally happy with it you shouldn't keep it, at the end of the day you must make sure that you can fully enjoy the watch you have.

Beautiful watch, honestly if you need 5 days to warm up to it id say its not for you. As far as size you have to be comfortable with it, your the one wearing it after all. IMO I think you would be much happier with a sub-c date

Wear it in rotation with other watches - the size won't bother you as much then. But seriously, BB FF is leagues beyond a SubC in every way. And I love my Rolex watches.

I'd tough it out for another couple of weeks and see how it play out. It may be that you do better with a 42 mm diver (like Omega PO or AP) or even a 40 mm (like Rolex Sub). I have divers from 40 to 44 mm and enjoy them all but you're the gut who needs to feel comfortable.

In the meantime, enjoy your legendary FF and enjoy the process!
