I'm not exactly skinny, but I wouldn't touch that with a ten-foot pole.

Wow. I'd be curious to try a taste, but I'd prefer it without the sweet sauce put on after smoking.

Sacrilege.

A side of fried onions and potatoes would go nicely.

You don't have to eat it all at one sitting.

Love the comments on the recipe site...

Yes, I agree...one onion loaf and hash brown potatoes with a paramedic standing by and an OR reserved.....

Sounds delicious...what time should we be over for dinner???

Take it easy.....Leo

I actually made one for a lark last year after watching the video. It was fine, but really not as gratifying as a slow cooked boston butt.

Well I sent my girlfriend the link to the Bacon Explosion the other day and low and behold it was on the menu tonight. She did all the basket weaving and hard work all I did was watch the grill. It wasn’t bad but I had high expectation, and think it would go better with eggs and toast at breakfast than as a dinner item. I only ate 4 or 5 bites but the kids wanted seconds. I am close to 40 so I this is probably the last time I make it. After about an hour on the grill over indirect heat and a lot of smoke here it is.
