Rolex 1952 year watch being cleaned up!

Hi all, posting this a second time around for two reasons, one I could not add more photos to my first post or edit it? HELP? Also, I have a date correction, this watch was made in 1952..as I mentioned before, she was still ticking when I received the watch, just amazing!~

So I am on the hunt for a good watch shop that is on the East Coast USA, that will not cost an arm & a leg to service this watch as it deserves. The owner is my neighbor, and she is ok with spending $100-$150 yet not more, which I think is a shame, given how cool this little watch is....
