Nothing wrong with installments if the interest you have to pay (ideally 0) is less than the interest your money is making you..

You know what?
I am gonna change my tune, if a price increase is looming in Switzerland I would have done the installment plan too. |

I have to pay absolutely no interest, and to tell you the truth, I hope I can pay it off earlier so I can get a second Rolex (thinking of a SUB)

I could not manage to screw any sort of discount in the UK for my LV although I had the cash in the bank. I also like to pay upfront but what was the point. I took advantage of the 12 months interest free deal and at least I get some interest on my money in the bank which equals a bit of discount.
Discount for cash does not seem to work any longer. I tried the same approach when I recently bought a new Audi S3. They were not interested in a discount for cash deal. PeterT |
