Grant - Thanks for posting.
When I recovered my stolen Rolex, I needed to send it in to have the bezel replaced due to damage from the theft. Before sending it to Rolex, I had to get it removed from their stolen database or I knew it would be confiscated. Of course Rolex would not take my word for it. Since there was an insurance claim filed, my insurance company had to send Rolex a letter stating the watch was recovered, I had repaid the claim and the insurance company returned ownership by to me. The entire process took almost 2 months.
