Hey, now that we have listed all the known nick-names, we should choose the most popular among TRF readers, a definitive one from a special voting post, it would be the "TRF Registered Nicknamemark".
And once the result is known, we should stick to it. |

When a watch can stir such joy, it's worth every penny.
Congratulations on a beautiful watch, by any name. When it was announced at Basel 2013, there was a lot of disappointment, usually among people hoping for a return to previous bezel color schemes (Coke or Pepsi, if you will pardon the nicknames). Time, I think, has shown that Rolex chose wisely. This is a great configuration, color wise, with traditional and contemporary elements. I think it's a practical color scheme, too. We're I looking to buy a new GMT, I'd go for this one, too. Saw one at an AD in Beverly Hills (the Rolex boutique, run by Geary's). Liked it very much. I have other priorities, so I passed, despite the temptation. Enjoy yours and I will vicariously enjoy your new acquisition... |
