I'm very careful, but since I wear it daily, I have picked up micro scratches on the bracelet. It was hard, but I'm over it.

This really does work, hard to get precious about something if you don't see it for a few days, best way to relieve and reduce you of an OCD... ofc therapy maybe a tad cheaper...

Try not to focus right on the scratch when you look at your watch, no one else will or probably even notice. Also IMO try not to go too crazy with cape cod or other polishing methods, they often do more harm than good.
I have a PAM 24 with a bezel that can only be described as an unfixable $800 scratch magnet due to all the raised metal markers, circular brushed finish. It used to bother me but now it's just a tool watch so it's character.

I just wear all my watches. For the SS bracelets every 6 months I give them a quick touch up with a scotchbrite pad & some 000 steelwool pad. It keeps them looking great.

I find its only the first one I worry about...once the scratch cherry has been popped I don't even think about it anymore.

Good grief... did someone throw you out of a speeding car while you were wearing it?

I got my first Rolex scratch by walking into a doorknob watch first - something I don't think I'd ever done (or at least noticed doing) when my watch was an Accurist.

I have worn mine every day for over 30 years. RUSA has it now and says no amount of polishing will get out the dents. Every scratch and dent is an Alaskan memory. Wear it like you love it! Let it share your life. It will become a treasured companion and chronicle of memories.

1 Store you watch do not wear it at all. Look at it thru a glass case.

2 Get over it and wear your watch.

Just try to live with them. I made the stupid mistake to "polish" with the sponge and completely scratched my watch with fine scratches. It wasn't even that bad before!! Less than a year old. Still mad about that.

The first scratch is always the deepest! For better or worse you spent 7k+ on a time piece, get your money's worth and enjoy it, otherwise if your worried about your "investment" I can think of better places to park that money.

Tape it up, make sure it's covered everywhere....... Or just put it in a temperature controlled glass case... And never wear it......

you honestly dont even notice them once it gets really scratched and no one else does. I look at my friends rolexs and they look pristine, until i ask to see them up close and see they are worse than mine!!!!
