Stolen Rolex
Hi All,
I haven't posted in ages and sadly I am posting now because we got robbed on Sunday evening and among other things (Including some of my mother's jewelry my father gave me after her death) my Rolex was stolen. I thought I could perhaps post the specs here and maybe someone might come across it. I'm just not sure where to post it. Forgive me if I am in the wrong forum. I am still a bit off. (The bedrooms were ransacked, it looked like in a movie, can't get that out of my head.) One more question, they also got my engagement ring. When I first got my Rolex I posted pics here and I do believe the included my engagement ring on my hand. I can't find them anywhere on my computer. Would they still be here somewhere? I thank you all in advance for any help. Leigh |

I'm so sorry to hear of your loss. Unfortunately , I have been there as well and it is a hard experience to overcome but in time it softens. The fact that you and your family were unharmed is the important thing. Items can be replaced to a certain extent, at least the non-sentimental ones.

Lowest scum of the earth. Once that initial shock subsides you'll be fine. Glad no one was hurt.

I hope they catch whoever is responsible. Maybe you should forward those photos to the police, they don't do all that well with model numbers..

That's terrible. Good luck. I've been in your shoes and also lost a very similar watch. I'd file a police report. Other than that I hope everything is alright.

These threads are always such a bummer to read. Really sorry to hear about this incident. I hope you're reunited with your property soon, and the thief/thieves end up where they belong...
