DSSD owners - which size box did you get?

I spent some time going through TRF threads and have found that some owners have gotten the larger box and some the smaller one. Is there any kind of official guideline or reference number for the box? I'm not bothered by the smaller box but would definitely like to receive the correct item from the AD. Which size box came with yours?

I have the larger box with mine. Thought that was standard with the DSSD, I guess I not.

i got large but the boxes and accessories are shipped separate from the watches. its up to the AD to remember which go with what watch. only the white outer box slipcover actually says the size and models that should go into what from my experience.

My GMT came in a larger box than my Datejust. Purchased almost exactly one year apart new at an AD:

I bought mine new from an AD when they first came out and mine came in the small box. It is an early V-serial bought from an AD in Seattle.

Boxes in general are whatever the AD has on his shelf at point of sale if the watch fits inside the box then that box is fine. Now the DSSD is a slightly larger watch and if the AD has one of the larger size boxes in general that's what you will get.

Larger box with mine, but it mainly depends whether the AD respects the right size or not. DSSD is supposed to be sold with the larger box, as the Daytona.
