Pelican case

I have seen a few members using pelican cases for watch storage. They all seem to have the "pic and pluck" foam.

Do you guys have any problems scratching from the foam? Especially on a watch with PCLs. I have a couple cases with the foam and it seems a bit rough.

I also thought about buying one of their cases with the padded dividers, intended for photo equipment and making pillows like Dan Pierce has fabricated for his case. My fear is that setup may be a little to loose and sloppy.

I have a big pelican case. I am having a friend use a water jet to make the slots. You can buy pre cut pieces too, but it's far too expensive for what it is
