I'm sitting here on my 17th floor balcony overlooking the ocean and the world just enjoying myself. After 44 years in the legal business, I gave it all up almost a year ago and I'm having the time of my life, travelling, going to theater, operas, concerts, etc.

Here's what I'm looking at now.

More like buying in when we thought the housing market couldn't go any higher, Marc. But it did. And even with the recession, we would still make out like a bandit if we ever decide to sell.

I didn't intend this to be an inspiration, Seth. I was just sitting here enjoying myself and decided to post about it. Boca is where we come to veg out. Our greatest pleasure is to sit on the balcony and read, nap, or do nothing.

I used to say that our adventure was to go out and buy a light bulb. Then we would have to come home and rest from all that activity. Now we don't even do that. We just sit here and rest.

Absolutely nothing like an apartment on the beach.
The many different 'moods' of the coast, sunny, stormy, overcast, gusty and the smell of the ocean to clear the head.
Wouldn't want to live there but as a 'getaway' it can't be beat.
